Founder & Owner
Founder and Owner of Billings Heating & Cooling since 1994, Chuck laid the groundwork for a company that insures top tier quality, excellent customer service, and satisfaction guaranteed, all for a industry competitive price. Chuck oversees our installation department.
His motto 'Settle for nothing short of excellence" is something he's diligently worked for from the start, and will continue to work for to insure the satisfaction of our customers here at Billings Heating & Cooling.
Matthew Combs
Owner/Installation Manager
Matthew is an Alleghany county native. He is part owner and the head installer here at Billings Heating & Cooling. Matthew has an unmatched drive to lead his crew to excellence in every project, from constructing chimney caps to full blown commercial installs. Matthew has developed a name that you can trust to oversee the installation of an American Standard comfort system in your home.
Taylor Halsey
Owner/Service Manager
Taylor is also an owner of Billings Heating & Cooling. He oversees the Service and maintenance departments. Taylor's knowledge of HVAC units and how they operate is unmatched, and in a relatively short time he has made a name for being one of the best the industry has to offer. Customer service is held to high regard in his service department, and his reputation and reviews speak for themselves. Taylor is committed to growing our service department, and to not only meeting all of your heating and cooling needs but also surpassing your expectations.
